Senior Logistics Programme Integration Manager – Hinkley Point C ⚡
Be at the heart of Europe’s largest construction project and help orchestrate the logistics engine that underpins the UK’s clean energy future.
Hinkley Point C (HPC) is the first new nuclear power station built in the UK in over 20 years. Its two EPR reactors will generate 3.26GW of secure, low-carbon electricity for 60 years, powering around 6 million homes and delivering long-term economic benefits across the UK.
We are now seeking a Senior Logistics Programme Integration Manager —a critical leadership role responsible for integrating logistics demand across multiple, competing projects and workstreams to enable successful delivery of HPC.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will act as the focal point for logistics demand integration across the project. You will consolidate material demand into a single, coherent signal for off-site warehouses and inbound suppliers, ensuring logistics services are aligned with project priorities across long, mid, and short-term planning horizons.
This is a newly created, high-impact role. You will design and lead a small specialist team, whose influence will be felt across the entire HPC programme through effective integration, planning, and senior stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and maintain the logistics demand baseline plan aligned to the overall project plan
* Aggregate and integrate inputs from multiple projects to update the logistics delivery plan
* Identify, communicate, and manage risks, gaps, constraints, and changes to logistics plans
* Coordinate mitigation actions and escalations, ensuring clear ownership across stakeholders
* Ensure logistics integration within Integrated Planning processes and governance
* Identify and manage logistics capacity constraints across long, mid, and short-term horizons
* Monitor mitigation plans to ensure risks and constraints are effectively resolved
* Ensure all project documentation and Sensitive Nuclear Information is correctly protected in line with EDF policies
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
* Proven experience working with or influencing Director / C-Suite level stakeholders
* Senior leadership experience within Logistics or Supply Chain Planning in a complex, highly regulated environment (e.g. nuclear, aerospace, energy)
* Strong background in logistics and planning frameworks applied across major infrastructure projects
* Demonstrable experience integrating multiple workstreams within a large, multi-disciplinary programme
* Experience working across the full project lifecycle within large integrated teams
If you thrive in complexity and want your work to directly influence the success of a once-in-a-generation project, we’d love to hear from you.
