The Role
An exciting opportunity for a Band 2 Administration Assistant position has arisen within the AHP Care Home Liaison Team.
We’re looking for someone who will support the team with efficient and effective administration tasks to release staff to continue with the support to care homes across Lanarkshire.

What we'll need you to bring
* Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role
* Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care
* Excellent communication skills
* Good organisational and planning skills
* Understanding of a range of procedures and processes
* Ability to prioritise work and work on own initiative whilst under pressure
* Proficient I.T. skills which include a working knowledge of Microsoft packages
* Ensuring confidentiality, diplomacy and discretion are maintained at all times

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in AHP Care Home Liaison Team - Physiotherapy within Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters.
