Key Responsibilities: * Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming * Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques * Support clients with meals, hydration, and medication as prescribed * Promote independence and choice in daily activities * Build respectful and trusting relationships with service users and their families * Monitor and report changes in clients’ health, behaviour, or needs to the supervisor * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided * Accompany clients to appointments or community activities as needed * Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment * Work collaboratively with health professionals, families, and other care staff Requirements: * Previous experience in a care or support role (desirable but not essential) * A caring and patient nature with excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good communication and observational skills * Basic understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care * Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
