Base Location: Successful applicants must be based in one of our Scottish locations – Perth, Aberdeen, or Inverness.
Salary: £42,600 - £64,000 + performance-related bonus + benefits supporting your finances, wellbeing, and family.

The Role
Reporting to the Risk Lead and Head of Risk (Offshore), the Senior Risk Analyst will lead project risk management activities across Offshore Directorate projects. They will identify, assess, and mitigate risks, collaborate with project teams, and support programme-wide decision-making.
You Will
* Lead risk reviews, maintain risk registers, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical risks.
* Monitor project risk exposure, analyze trends, prepare risk models for Ofgem assessments, and coordinate risk analysis at key milestones.
* Coordinate and improve risk reporting, ensuring alignment with project cost and schedule considerations.
* Build strong relationships with Procurement, Commercial, Planning, Cost, and Project Management teams to integrate risk management processes.
* Ensure the accuracy and integrity of project risk data, and drive system improvements for better insights.
You Have
* Experience in risk management within large infrastructure investment programmes, understanding its role in complex projects.
* Expertise in Quantitative Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA), with knowledge of risk tools across cost, schedule, and scope.
* Ability to communicate risks clearly to diverse stakeholders and recommend practical actions.
* Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and focus on quality.
* Networking, coordination, influencing skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
