Salary:
£80 - £90 Per day
Job Duties:
* Provide support to secondary school students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a classroom setting
* Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students
* Support the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
* Help students with academic tasks and provide emotional support when needed
* Assist with behaviour management and ensuring a safe learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* Previous experience working with students with SEN in a school setting
* Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Education:
Teaching Assistant qualification at Level 3 or higher
Experience:
Previous experience working with students with SEN in a school environment
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Understanding of different SEN needs and strategies to support them
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid training
* Mental Health First Aid qualification

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
