Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs, including SEN support. Track pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to children and parents. Contribute to wider school life, including events and extracurricular activities. ✅ What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential. Minimum 2 years’ UK primary teaching experience. Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks. Confidence in supporting pupils with SEN and differentiating lessons. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Flexibility to travel within Cambridgeshire (own transport desirable). An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply).
