Administrator Telford Temporary contract - up to 6 months Up to 37 hours per week Up to £14.00 per hour Working for a global leader in their Telford facility, you will join a friendly team where facilities are excellent and free parking is available The role requires a person who is detail-oriented for this data cleansing project and is based in their Salesforce/Service Console environment and will assist with improving data accuracy, consistency, and usability across their systems Job role •Review, update, and cleanse records within Salesforce/Service Console/Navision •Identify and correct incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate data •Assist with data validation and quality-check processes •Update and maintain documentation of changes made •Support wider administrative tasks related to the project as required To be considered you MUST: •Possess strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly •Have previously used Salesforce ideally •Be able to use an ERP such as Navision •Possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy •Be organised and able to work independently •Have excellent written & verbal communication skills This role is UK based and does NOT have sponsorship opportunity Our process is barrier free and we will ensure you are carefully considered for the role you have applied for.
