Location: Locations considered: Andover, Glasgow, and Wyton or Whittington (Lichfield) - One or two days/week onsite. Possible flexibility.

* Commercial Manager experience. Robust and able to hit the ground running, able to work independently.
* Experience of working within a Defence environment.
* Experience of flexible negotiation and dialogue.
* Experience of securing value for money in a noncompetitive environment.
Experience
* Need to be robust, stand on own feet, deliver with minimum support.
* Experience with flexible negotiations, dialogue. Not fixed negotiations.
* Previous experience leading and managing strategies.
* Experience in securing VFM in a non-competitive environment.
* Ideally FM experience but not deal breaker, good strong commercial manager experience more important.
* Defence experience essential.
Desirable
* Defence sourcing portal will be used, DSP/Jaggaer experience desirable.
* CIPS/Equivalent preferable.
