Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a working with a leading manufacturing company in the recruitment of a Planning Production Administrator. The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Planning team. You’ll play a key part in ensuring customer orders, internal systems, and documentation are handled accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise sales orders from customer purchase orders
* Photocopy and scan documents as required
* Update customer portals with accurate and timely information
* Populate and maintain the internal CRM system
* Update internal databases and related systems
* Obtain sub‑contractor and machining quotations when needed
* Assist with planning and building basic cut‑and‑ship routes
* File sales orders and maintain the commercial filing system
* Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider team
Candidate Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proof read documents
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Understanding of quality procedures
