In the Receptionist role, you will be: Managing a busy front desk to ensure an efficient and professional service for all visitors. Dealing with all enquiries, signposting, and handling incoming calls Providing administrative tasks including maintaining diaries and arranging appointments, managing emails and post, taking payments, data handling and filing Supporting colleagues with day-to-day office duties To be successful, you will need: Previous experience in a reception / administration role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good IT and organisational skills A friendly, flexible, and professional approach This is a permanent, part time role working Thursdays & Fridays, based from offices in Rhyl.
