Responsibilities
* Lead with confidence – manage catering contracts and ensure food and service are always top quality.
* Be the face of service – build strong relationships with clients, understanding and responding to their needs.
* Inspire your team – recruit, develop, and train staff to be the best they can be.
* Keep us on track – oversee budgets, labour, and food costs, working closely with your Area Manager.
* Plan & deliver excellence – make sure every service runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Stay compliant – uphold policies, regulations, and standards (including allergens, kcal, PPDS).
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in contract catering (healthcare is a bonus – but not essential).
* A strong kitchen background – confident with recipes and menu plans.
* Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.
* Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality.
* Solid IT skills (MS Office & email).
