Cleaner Supervisor│ Falmer, Brighton - NIGHT SHIFT
A Basic DBS is essential for this role! We're looking for a reliable Cleaner Supervisor to help train & develop a growing team in Falmer, Brighton. This role offers full time hours on a night shift, making it ideal for someone looking to balance work with other commitments while still enjoying steady, weekly income.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a team of Cleaners, alongside the line manager
* Training & deveoloping the teams skillset
* Giving feedback on performance
* Managing attendance
* Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
* Carrying out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks
* Reporting deficiencies or repairs as required
* Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
What we're looking for:
* A Basic DBS (essential)
* A keen eye for detail and pride in your work
* Reliability and a positive attitude
* Previous Supervisor experience
