Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Banbury for a Care Worker. The Care Worker will be responsible for providing high-quality, personalized care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, and implementing care plans. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in health, promoting mental and physical well-being, and fostering genuine relationships built on respect and kindness.
