We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at Mirasol Family Health Center in Hermiston, Oregon.

Position Details
* Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
* Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
* 1.0FTE (40 hours per week)
* EMR system is EPIC
* Clinic Operational Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am- 7:00pm
Position Highlights
* Base Compensation: $132k - $144k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
* $15k Hiring Bonus
* $20k Relocation allowance
* $50k student loan repayment assistance beginning the month after your start date
* $25k annual geographical pay
* $1,500 monthly housing/auto stipend for 1 year ($18k total)
* Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed)
* 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
