About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, polished, and super-organised Student Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of Speak Up London. Luxury Retail / Hospitality Background Preferred.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium customer service who enjoys meeting people, managing details, and creating a positive first impression.
You will manage walk-in students, give school tours, coordinate trial lessons, and ensure prospective students have an outstanding first experience with us. You’ll handle occasional on-the-spot payments and address basic objections with tact — all while ensuring visitors have a smooth, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House & Walk-In Management
* Greet trial students and walk-in visitors warmly; provide school tours and confidently explain the student experience
* Act as the London-based contact for trial visits arranged by our remote and in-house Sales Reps; ensure each visitor receives a personal, attentive welcome in their absence
* Guide trial students to the correct classes; inform them of what to expect and address questions or minor concerns smoothly
Use CRM Systems Confidently
* Access student information in the system before their arrival to stay prepared; log visit outcomes if needed
* Manage the administration of our student referral programme — from notifying students of rewards to processing preferences
Reception & Office Presentation
* Maintain a welcoming, tidy reception area that reflects our premium brand standards
Feedback & Insights Sharing
* Collect feedback from trial students and walk-ins to share with the wider team (Sales, Academic, Student Services) for continuous improvement
Problem-Solving with Common Sense
* Handle daily challenges confidently — identify solutions, resolve minor issues, and seek help when needed
About You:
️ Background in Luxury Retail, Hospitality, or Front-of-House Roles

Salary & Benefits:
* £25,000 – £28,000 per year (dependent on experience)
