Role Information Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a Facilities Coordinator. You will have experience of working in a facilities role, hold a Full UK drivers license, as travel to our UK sites will be required. Essentially you will support the Facilities Coordination Manager in ensuring all of our sites are safe, fit for purpose and provide an environment that enables staff to undertake their work effectively. We will expect you to support the Facilities Coordination Manager to ensure all depots and offices are fit for purpose and are fully maintained through the delivery of a Planned Maintenance Programme and to source and arrange contractors to complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks. You will have experience of being responsible for the supervision of contractors on site, ensuring all work is undertaken safely. Expectation is that you will participate in Facilities on call rota, being responsible for identifying root cause of issues and ensuring the correct escalation is followed.
