As part of continued investment in operational excellence, we are recruiting for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to take ownership of a retail park and shopping centre portfolio across Middlesbrough for our prestigious top FTSE 100 client.
As Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of multiple sites – driving best-in-class service across both hard and soft FM services.
You’ll manage contractor performance, compliance, site standards, and maintenance programmes while collaborating with asset and property managers to enhance long-term value.
