We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at Lloyds Banking Group.
Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head Office - Birmingham City Centre, B3 3SD
Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)
About The Role:
We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer will feature weekly hot counter pop-ups including dishes from our pizza and rotisserie stations, along with a freshly baked goods chef's table and daily office hospitality menus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and create menus aligned with client and customer needs
* Prepare food in a timely manner to ensure smooth service
* Ensure the food produced is of high quality and visually appealing
* Assist in developing new service styles and food concepts
* Coordinate with relevant parties regarding menu requirements and ingredient orders
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
* Previous B&I contract catering experience
