We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to work at Lloyds Banking Group.
Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head Office – Birmingham City Central, B3 3SD
Rate of Pay: £30,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)
About The Role:
We are excited to launch our Quick Service Diner concept at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer complements a brand-new look and feel for the entire Lloyds office building.
Our food offer will include weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” featuring dishes from our Pizza and Rotisserie stations, along with a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table and daily office hospitality menus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and create menus aligned with client and customer needs
* Prepare food efficiently to ensure smooth service
* Ensure food presentation is 'picture perfect' every time
* Assist in developing new service styles and food concepts
* Communicate requirements for planned menus and order ingredients accordingly
Our Ideal Candidate will have:
* Previous experience in B&I contract catering
