Day to Day Duties
As a Senior Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:
1. Overseeing the physical warehouse operation.
2. Receiving & labelling.
3. Picking, put-away & moves.
4. Outbound loading / container tipping.
5. Assigning daily deployment for warehouse operatives (dependant on workload).
6. Coaching new starters.
7. MHE & battery checks, RF scanner & printer audits.
8. Checking outbound picked units.
9. Checking outbound load integrity.
10. Put-away checks.
11. Location checks.
12. Warehouse checks, escalating any issues discovered.
13. Reporting MHE issues.
14. Operational support when necessary.
15. Admin support when necessary.
16. PI support when necessary.
