The role will involve managing your own Court of Protection and attorneyship caseload, with scope to assist on wider private client matters such as wills, probate and LPAs depending on experience. You will have regular client contact, providing clear, compassionate advice while progressing matters efficiently with the support of an experienced team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ PQE with solid Court of Protection experience and strong client care skills. A proactive, organised approach and confidence managing files independently are key.
