Although experience working with a variety of needs is preferred, what’s essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs. There are part-time, full-time, and long-term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £90 a day. A Team Teach qualification is desired but not essential.
We are looking for someone who:
1. Is driven, passionate, and committed to supporting SEN learners with various special educational needs and has high expectations to ensure all pupils make good progress.
2. Has previous experience in a similar role in either a mainstream or specialist setting (preferred but not mandatory).
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Experience working with children with SEND, either on a 1:1 basis or in a classroom setting.
* Enthusiasm for working with SEND children.
* Flexibility, proactivity, and patience.
* Comfort with personal care.
* Effective communication skills within a team.
If you possess these skills, please do not hesitate to get in touch! Our schools in Bradford are eager to hear from dedicated individuals like YOU.
