About the Role
This is a hybrid Social Video Producer role based three days per week in our Canary Wharf hub. You will produce social‑first, digital and branded content for All Out Football, our dedicated YouTube and Social Media brand focused on football.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Capture and edit short‑form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
* Work with Senior Producers, Videographers, Editors and Channel Managers to create original content that meets tight deadlines.
* Write copy that reflects the brand’s playful tone of voice and maintains a cohesive visual identity.
* Monitor social‑media trends, emerging platforms and viral moments to keep our content fresh and relevant.
* Analyse performance data to adjust content strategies.
What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for someone with:
* A strong background in social content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
* Experience managing a sports‑related channel or a passion for sports content.
* Proficiency in shooting in studio and on location, and strong initiative, problem‑solving and creative skills.
* A creative portfolio of social‑first content, excellent writing skills and a solid understanding of brand tone.
* Knowledge of mobile‑phone camera technology and editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop.
