The job in a nutshell Take full accountability for day-to-day operations of the pub and restaurant Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing front and back-of-house team Deliver consistently outstanding service, food, and drink quality Drive revenue through events, promotions, and exceptional hospitality Oversee stock control, staffing, budgets, and compliance Build strong local relationships and maintain a loyal customer base What we are looking for: Proven experience as a General Manager A confident leader with a hands-on approach and great communication skills Commercial awareness with the ability to maximise sales and control costs A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction Experience managing food-led pubs or restaurants Sound knowledge of licensing, health & safety, and operational compliance Ready to run a pub that runs on trust and talent?
