Location: Coventry, Warwickshire
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
CNC Programmer Pay: £20.00 £22.00 Per hour Dependent on experience.

Monday to Friday. Half Day on Friday.

CNC Programmer Key Responsibilities
Strong technical skills in programming and se??ng 3/5 Axis milling machines with Heidenhain controls.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot Technical issues.
Provide technical training to cell team members.
What were looking For in a CNC Programmer:
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
