Job Description
• To conduct professional work for clients and to ensure that all relevant reporting requirements are met to agreed deadlines an in accordance with RICS regulatory compliance standards
• To ensure that work is conducted within Colliers International Best Practice standards
• To develop direct client relationships and contribute to activities and events organised by both the department and Bristol office
• To self-generate fee income (target to be agreed) and to work diligently to meet team and Business Group targets
• To seek opportunities to develop new business including cross-selling and identification of new business.
Qualifications
* MRICS Qualified
* Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office packages and databases
* Good market knowledge required
* Must possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analytical and report writing skills
* Should ideally possess a relevant qualification and must be a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (or about to become a member).
