We are looking for an accountable and motivated Personal Tax Manager to join our team.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>What you will do</p><ul><li>Leading the delivery of complex personal tax compliance services to clients.</li><li>Managing client relationships day to day and providing ad-hoc advice where connected to compliance services.</li><li>Delivering personal tax advisory assignments as a member of multi-disciplinary advisory groups.</li><li>Proactively identifying opportunities to deliver additional value to clients.</li><li>Coaching and developing junior members of the team on compliance and advisory matters.</li><li>Collectively leading compliance operations and process improvement to enhance efficiency as part of the tax management team.</li><li>Playing a key role in driving, creating and maintaining a positive team culture.</li></ul><h3>Your profile</h3><p>What we are looking for</p><ul><li>Alignment with CT’s purpose and values.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in personal tax: application of subject‑matter expertise to provide high‑quality service to clients with complex compliance needs and advisory matters.</li><li>Relevant management and coaching experience to deliver exceptional results to clients.</li><li>Desirable qualifications such as ATT, CTA, or CA, though not essential if you have relevant experience.</li></ul></div>
