POSITION AVAILABLE
2 × 37‑hour temporary maternity cover and reserve list for permanent/temporary contracts within Head Office.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
A blend of home and office work from the Dungannon Office, currently under review.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Third‑level qualification or educated to A‑Level standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification.
* 1 year relevant experience with a social landlord or local authority.
* AND 2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority.
* OR 3 years experience working as a Housing Officer.
All successful applicants must provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Apex does not hold a licence to sponsor a work visa.
