Electronics Engineer | Surrey | £55,000 - £60,000
We're working with an engineering-led medical device company based in Surrey, developing advanced imaging hardware used in clincal environments.
They are currently growing their electronics team and are looking for an Electronics Engineer with a strong hardware background to support the development of new products.
Responsibilities of the Electronics Engineer:
This is a hands-on position focused on electronics hardware design, with involvement across the full product lifecycle:

Schematic capture and PCB design/layout
*
Development of multi-layer boards
*
Board bring-up, testing and debugging
*
Supporting products through to production
*
Working closely with firmware and software teams on system integration

Skills & experience required from the Electronics Engineer:

Experience in electronics hardware design
*
Strong PCB design and schematic capture experience (Altium, OrCAD, KiCad, etc.)
*
Background in analogue and digital circuit design
*
Comfortable working in a lab-based environment with hands-on testing and debugging
Desired skills:
*
Exposure to high-speed or mixed-signal design
*
Some experience with embedded systems or firmware (C/C++)
*
Experience in regulated environments (e.g. medical, aerospace, automotive)
