What you’ll be doing · Supporting strategic client initiatives across the departments by helping the Client Strategy teams to identify opportunities and help drive business development. · Assisting with auction sale targeting, interest tracking, and post-sale analysis to inform future strategy. · Assisting with client reviews, trip planning, and engagement tracking to ensure follow-up and data enrichment. · Collaborating on bespoke catalogue and event guestlists. · Maintaining high-quality client data across internal systems and supporting cross-departmental intelligence sharing. · Delivering targeted campaigns based on strategic briefs using internal data and research tools. · Contributing to process reviews, helping identify efficiencies across teams and exploring use cases for Artificial Intelligence. What your day might look like · Reviewing client activity and market trends to identify strategic opportunities. · Coordinating with Specialists, Business Getters, and Client Strategy colleagues to support sales and events. · Preparing post-sale debriefs and tracking follow-up actions. · Supporting client engagement campaigns and analysing their effectiveness. · Updating internal systems with client intelligence and ensuring data accuracy.
