As a Science Teacher with Dunbar Education, you'll have the opportunity to ignite students' curiosity, foster critical thinking skills, and instill a love for the sciences. You'll play a key role in delivering engaging lessons, conducting hands-on experiments, and nurturing students' scientific inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality science lessons that align with the curriculum and cater to the needs of diverse learners.
* Create a stimulating learning environment that encourages exploration, experimentation, and discovery.
* Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation.
* Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects, share best practices, and contribute to the school's science curriculum.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
