We are now looking to appoint a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and enthusiastic team. Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant Location: Padiham Contract Type: Full-time (temporary) Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour Start Date: October 2025 The Role As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will: - Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, both in class and in small groups. - Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. - Provide targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs. - Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment. - Encourage children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. About You We are looking for someone who: - Has experience working with children, ideally within a school setting. - Is passionate about supporting learning and child development. - Has strong communication and teamwork skills. - Is patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. - Holds (or is working towards) a relevant qualification in childcare, education, or teaching support.
