Key Responsibilities: Produce 2D wiring diagrams, 3D layouts, and assembly drawings Create and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) Work from job specs to develop electrical systems for build and assembly Ensure all designs align with internal standards and regulatory guidelines Liaise with production, engineering, and R&D teams to ensure smooth project flow Support drawing updates for continuous improvement and product development Assist during live production to clarify design intent and resolve issues Key Requirements: 3–5 years' experience in an electrical design role (ideally within a manufacturing or assembly environment) Proficiency with AutoCAD 2021 Familiarity with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD Strong understanding of electrical principles and system design Excellent communicator and confident working cross-functionally Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously Working knowledge of Health & Safety and relevant compliance requirements Salary & Benefits: Circa £40,000 depending on experience 40-hour working week (Monday–Friday, days) 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Free parking Join a supportive and collaborative team where you'll work on varied and technically engaging projects.
