Overview
We are seeking an experienced Client Partner (CP) to join our Customer Success Team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions, and driving client satisfaction and retention.
We aim for the CP to become a trusted advisor, recognised as an expert in leveraging Bright’s products and services to deliver maximum value, providing an opportunity to further grow the account revenue and minimise churn.
Responsibilities
* Creating an environment and working relationships with the client that encourages further investment in Bright
* Supporting and collaborating with sales account managers in driving up and cross-selling
* Ensuring the voice of our key customers is heard loudly and clearly
* Working with product teams to ensure our products provide the outcomes our customers require
* Ensuring that all services (from Support and Success) are delivered to the highest standards
* Developing and executing on account plans, tailored specifically to the client
* Ensuring all account KPIs are achieved
* Guiding customers toward advocacy
* Owning the retention of the account
* Staying current on industry trends in the payroll and accounting space
Required Qualifications
Technical Competencies
* Experience in client-facing roles within SaaS environments; experience in accounting or payroll is highly desirable to enhance advisory status
* Demonstrated success in managing and growing strategic client relationships
* Experience with project management or specialist roles is highly valuable
* An understanding of industry-based applications and business processes and how they create value for clients
* Developed communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
