As a Sales Assistant, you’ll deliver a premium shopping experience, connecting with customers, offering expert product guidance, and helping maintain our luxury standards on the shop floor. As a Casual Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-energy, customer-focused experience on every shift. You’ll support customers on the shop floor, maintain excellent store standards, and contribute to driving sales performance all while developing valuable retail skills in a fast-moving environment.
Sales & Customer Service
* Engage with every customer to deliver outstanding service
* Use product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations
* Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding store targets
Visual Merchandising & Standards
* Maintain store presentation through stock replenishment and organisation
* Support visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand
Operational Support
* Assist with deliveries and stock processing
* Ensure pricing is accurate and up to date
* Support stock counts and inventory accuracy
* Customer-focused with relevant experience in a retail or hospitality setting
* Confident communicator who can build relationships and trust with ease
* Passionate about delivering a luxury shopping experience
* Target-driven with a desire to achieve and exceed sales goals
* A true team player, willing to support other areas of the store as needed
