Overview
PMCM Energy Sector Growth Lead role at WSP. Reporting to the PMCM Head of Discipline, the successful candidate will set the direction for WSP’s PMCM activities in the Energy sector and will be the driving force for business development, growth activities and delivery. The new appointee will use their own network to identify future opportunities, lead client development and business growth capability, assist in the formulation of winning bids, and be closely involved in developing relationships with key clients. They will also initially be expected to take a lead role in delivering work and help establish and grow a PMCM Energy team that is industry recognised. The individual will lead the development and implementation of the 3-year PMCM Energy Strategy.
Responsibilities
* Lead development, ongoing co-ordination and updates of 3-year Energy strategy.
* Lead and champion PMCM Energy related Key Account Management.
* Lead PMCM Energy related Business Development - internal and Client facing.
* Lead Strategic level bids and lead the initial phase of delivery.
* Strategic overview of Energy markets and key opportunities, maintaining pipeline.
* Lead and develop Energy client management, pursuit management and authoring capabilities.
