The Opportunity
You will be the senior family figure in Horsham, trusted to run the practice locally while being fully supported by an experienced partnership and wider multi-office team.
* Lead and develop the family practice in Horsham with real autonomy
* Handle a high-quality private family caseload, including financial remedy, children matters and complex disputes
* Act as the go-to adviser for clients, referrers and colleagues in the area
* Grow the firm’s local profile through relationships with agents, accountants and other professionals
* Work closely with partners across the firm on sensitive and high-value cases
* Mentor and support junior lawyers as the team expands
About You
* Family Solicitor with 6+ years’ PQE
* Strong technical grounding across private family law
* Comfortable managing contested work and advising strategically
* Commercially aware and confident building long-term client relationships
* A natural leader who enjoys responsibility and influence
* Ambitious, with partnership clearly in sight
