Overview
We are looking for a warm, professional, and people-focused Guest Services Ambassador to join our team of Rapport Ambassadors based near Fenchurch Street. In this dynamic and hybrid role, you will take ownership across reception, hospitality, facilities, and post room to ensure operations run smoothly and with a high standard of service. You will be the welcoming face of a leading rail safety organisation, delivering a seamless experience for staff, visitors, and clients through greeting guests, coordinating meeting room setups, and managing post and deliveries. Each day is different, and you’ll bring energy, initiative, and pride to every part of your role, helping set the tone for a five-star workplace.
Responsibilities
* Provide a warm, personal welcome to all visitors and ensure a smooth, professional arrival experience
* Escort guests to their destinations and offer proactive, friendly assistance
* Deliver outstanding meeting room, hospitality, and facilities support, including refreshments and room set-ups
* Coordinate with internal teams to meet visitor and meeting needs efficiently
* Maintain a pristine and organized service area at all times
* Manage email and telephone communications professionally and promptly
* Report maintenance issues and maintain a high standard of environment condition
* Support post room tasks, stationery supplies, and basic facilities duties
