The Role and Deliverables
* Writing clear, engaging CRM copy across email and other direct channels.
* Adapting tone of voice to suit different audiences, journeys and lifecycle stages.
* Working from briefs and CRM strategies to deliver campaign-ready copy.
* Collaborating with strategists, designers and account teams within the agency.
* Ensuring all copy aligns with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Your Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a CRM copywriter, ideally within a regulated environment.
* Confidence writing for regulated or sensitive categories.
* Ability to translate strategic briefs into concise, effective CRM messaging.
* Excellent attention to detail and comfort working within brand and compliance guidelines.
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage feedback and revisions efficiently.
