To contunue their expansion they are looking for a proactive Contracts Manager to act as the central nervous system of projects-ensuring that all sites, commercial teams, and supply chains move in perfect synchronicity. In this role, you won't just be "tracking" progress; you will be driving it. You will be the main point of contact for Site Managers, the voice of clarity for our clients, and the problem-solver who turns unexpected delays into swift solutions. What You'll Do You will bridge the gap between the office and the site, ensuring that every project hits its milestones without compromising on quality or safety. Master the Programme: Develop, review, and manage construction programmes (using ASTA/ MSP) and ensure site teams are producing short-term "look-ahead" schedules that stay perfectly aligned.
