Role Overview
Lead a team to success and deliver an excellent customer journey and satisfaction for the UK’s largest automotive service business.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the team, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to compliance standards.
* Drive business performance and achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
* Provide coaching, in‑moment training and motivational support to staff.
* Maintain health and safety compliance across the centre.

Skills and experience
* Fantastic leadership and team management skills within automotive or similar industry
* Delivered high customer satisfaction and effective management
* Engaging, motivational, coaching‑based development approach with in‑moment training
* Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* High sales turnover experience and KPI management
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* IT proficient, willing to learn in‑house systems
* Good time management
* Current valid driving licence
