Job Description
This is a high level support role, undertaking many of the tasks set out here, supporting the Client Relationship Lead and acting as the single point of contact for our largest elite client and the lawyers across the services lines and offices who support that client. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and enthusiastic self-starter to evolve this role to achieve the role objectives which is to assist in the co-ordination of a consistent and high level of service delivery for the client.
Key Responsibilities
Client relationship management
1. Supporting the Client Relationship Lead on a day-to-day basis to ensure effective communication across internal teams and excellent service delivery to the client.
2. General client care: working to the client specific protocols and processes to become an active part in the care of clients; dealing with basic client queries as appropriate; updating the protocols and processes when necessary to ensure consistency of service delivery.
3. Identifying efficiencies and ways to improve the service delivered to the client
4. Client related calls: dealing with and handling messages, taking and making client related calls, responding to clients and providing information
