Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at LEVEN Manchester. The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and the overall efficiency of the property. Responsibilities include managing the team, implementing operational strategies, maintaining financial performance metrics, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, and fostering collaborations with both guests and the wider local community. The General Manager will also focus on training, development, inventory management, and upholding high service standards in all areas of the business.
Qualifications
* Leadership and management experience with a focus on team development, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment that adheres to the LEVEN values
* Strong operational expertise, including overseeing daily hotel operations, implementing efficient procedures, and managing budgets effectively.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to create a guest-focused culture.
* Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in boutique or lifestyle hotels, with knowledge of inventory management, compliance, and service excellence.
* Ability to work on-site in Manchester and maintain flexibility in meeting business needs.
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
