Job Description
FM Conway is recruiting for a Team Leader-Nights to join our Water and Drainage Management division. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you’ll lead operational delivery on our gully cleaning operations and lead the day-to-day planning and resourcing that keeps our works programme running smoothly. This is a full-time, permanent position, working nights, based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
The duties of the Team Leader-Nights role will include:
-Supervising and resourcing the works programme, working within the constraints and specification of the contracts
-Inspecting sites and work standards on a regular basis
-Promoting and supervising safe working practices, including carrying out safety audits in accordance with pre-determined targets
-Monitoring works with respect to labour outputs, completing and returning all required documentation
What skills and experience do you need?
The successful candidate will demonstrate proven, hands-on drainage experience together with a strong understanding of transport operations coordination. A full UK driving licence and a valid CSCS card are essential requirements for this role, while an SSSTS qualification is desirable. A solid understanding of risk assessments and site audits would also be advantageous.
