Your role as a Key Account Manager will be to grow andestablishtrusted partnerships with our clients by delivering world class experience and impact, whileidentifyingand converting commercial opportunities to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities:

* Oversee and drive client strategies to create sustainable businessgrowth.
* Determine the potential scope,commercialvalueand growth of a portfolio of clients.
* Pursue and establish a network of critical stakeholders to expand reach,influenceandrevenue potential.
* Establish client needs and develop proposed solutions that deliver measurable impact.
* Demonstrate impact andROI, and provide recommendations for further collaboration.

* Proven experience in business development and sales, including opportunity identification and conversion.

Duties will include:
* Create,implementand review a strategy for each client, collaborating with key internalstakeholders.
* Advise on potential for growth and visibility of the pipeline of opportunities.
* Understandclientorganisationalstructure, identify the key decisionmakersand strategically build targets for new business.
* Design, iterate and present concepts and proposal in line with the value proposition to meet client needs.
* Participate in some client delivery to build credibility and strengthenclient partnership.
* Reviewand measureimpact of opportunitiesinternally and with client.
* Iterate existing projects and generate leads to explore new opportunities for growth.
* Working in a Pod structure with the Operations and Offer team.
* Maintain CRM to ensureaccurateforecasting, opportunity tracking, and reporting.
Experience required:
* Prior experience of account management.
* Confident in building and establishing relationships with senior executives.
* Demonstrable track record of identifying, pursuing, and converting commercial opportunities.
* Engaging personal story of high performance.
* Experienced Learning and Development expert.
* Delivery and facilitation experience.
