Telecom Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Telecom Project Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. The role will focus on coordinating critical dependencies across complex telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery of build, upgrade, and integration activities on wireless networks such as 4G and 5G.
Main Activities and Tasks
* Identify, manage, and track technical and operational dependencies across multiple telecom delivery streams.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Build, and Commercial) and external partners to align timelines and deliverables.
* Develop and maintain dependency maps, matrices, and schedules to support project planning and risk mitigation.
* Proactively monitor design and build activities, escalating potential issues impacting delivery.
* Facilitate regular dependency review meetings and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
* Work closely with Design and Build Managers and Delivery Leads to integrate dependency planning into the overall project strategy.
* Manage site supervisor/surveyor attendance and scheduling.
Required Education & Trainings
* Degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is desirable.
Required Experience
* Proven experience in telecom infrastructure projects, particularly within wireless environments (4G/5G).
* Hands‑on experience with dependency management or project coordination roles in telecom delivery.
Specific Skills & Technical Knowledge
* Strong understanding of wireless telecom site design and build processes.
* Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project, Excel, and relevant project management portals.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments.
