Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

As a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Team Leader - Ortho and Neuro/Spinal, you will:
* Lead a team.
* Provide skilled clinical and technical assistance in the Operating Theatre.
* Assist with managing labour and costs (KPI).
* Enhance communication between Consultants and the Theatre team.
* Engage in Clinical Governance.
* Manage and control costs.
* Conduct staff performance reviews.
* Promote best practices and contribute to quality improvements.
Requirements:
* Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
* Minimum of 2 years in a senior role.
* Leadership skills and experience.
* Immediate Life Support provider.
