The role
You will take ownership of our freelance / contract desk.
This is a genuine opportunity to establish and grow a key part of the business. You will shape the market, develop client relationships and build a network of exceptional freelance talent across creative, strategy, production and marketing disciplines.
The role requires someone commercially driven who understands how to properly build a freelance desk, from winning new business and developing existing clients, to building a reliable, high‑quality talent network.
As the desk grows, you will play a central role in shaping its direction and building a team around you.
Who we’re looking for
You are a proven recruiter who can build rapport and professional relationships across a diverse mix of clients and candidates.
You understand freelance recruitment and have a track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
You are commercially minded, comfortable generating new business and confident developing existing accounts into long‑term partnerships.
Most importantly, you are ambitious. You want the opportunity to build something significant and take real ownership of a growing part of the business.
