Here, you’ll deliver planned, structured repairs and servicing directly to our members, whether at their driveway or workplace car park.

As a Mobile Vehicle Technician, you’ll enjoy:

Competitive Base Salary: Start with a base salary of £40,178, with potential on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

Guaranteed Overtime: Increase your base salary to £44,385 with guaranteed overtime options, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.

Structured Hours: Work 40 hours a week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and just 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Your Daily Adventure
Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
* Routine servicing
* Advanced diagnostics
* In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
* Providing member advice and recommendations
* Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
With a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, and tool set at your disposal, you’ll use your technical skills to keep our members moving safely and confidently.
What You’ll Need
* Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
* A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
