Key Responsibilities
* Deliver all areas of the primary school curriculum, adapting lessons to meet the needs of pupils with SEN
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student involvement
* Plan, deliver, and assess lessons effectively, ensuring all abilities are supported and challenged
* Use innovative teaching methods to motivate and inspire pupils
* Maintain good behavioural management and discipline within the classroom
* Collaborate with colleagues, including other teachers and teaching assistants
* Stay informed about curriculum updates and develop best practices for SEN education
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised overseas teaching qualification
* Experience working within SEN settings or with SEND pupils
* Hold a fully enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or be willing to obtain one
* Recent references covering the last two years with no gaps
* Right to work in the UK
