About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Moor Road, Leeds and lead the successful delivery of technical projects from handover through to final commissioning.
This is a hands-on role, combining engineering understanding, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project ownership. You’ll work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Supporting our reputation for quality and performance worldwide.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Plan and manage engineering and installation projects through their full lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.
* Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resource planning to keep projects on track.
* Monitor progress and risks, report status updates to the Project Department Manager.
* Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, and Commissioning teams to ensure aligned delivery.
* Prepare and manage documentation for internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Lead project progress meetings and support issue resolution across departments.
* Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and health and safety requirements.
* Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing project learnings across the business.
* Promote professional standards in project delivery and planning methodology.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in engineering project management or coordination roles.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Confident in using Microsoft Project, Excel, and general Office applications.
* Comfortable interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong decision-making ability and a proactive mindset.
Desirable:
* Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering project environment.
* Familiarity with cost control and supplier management.
* Technical background or vocational training in Engineering or Project Management.
